Working principle

With dust free feeding station, material packed with smaller bags are unpacked manually . In the whole

unpacking process, the filter and dust removal fan will remove the dust without leakage. It is applied to

small-bag-packed powder materials of 5 ~ 50kg. It is a new product developed on the basis of widely

absorbing similar foreign products. At present, it is an advanced, ideal and perfect vacuum conveying

equipment for powder, granular material and powder granular material mixture in China. It reduces the

labor intensity of workers and solves the problems of dust overflow during feeding. It is the preferred

equipment for pharmaceutical factories and food factories to pass GMP certification and promote clean

and civilized production.

The dust-free feeding station completes the bag removal and unloading by manually removing the bag

and automatically dumping the materials into the storage hopper by gravity. The filtering device and

exhaust fan are installed inside the equipment to filter the dust generated in the dumping process and

discharge the clean gas into the atmosphere, so that the operator can work easily in a clean environment.
