Working principle



The Notch Shape Mixer mainly relies on mechanical agitators, air flow and jets of liquid to be mixed, etc.,

so that the material to be mixed is stirred to achieve uniform mixing. Agitation causes part of the liquid to flow, and the flowing liquid pushes the liquid around it, resulting in the formation of a circulating liquid flow in the dissolver, and the resulting diffusion between the liquids is called the main convection diffusion.

Main structure

1. Mixer Reducer
The mixer reducer is the main transmission structure of the slot mixer, which is located on the right side of

triangle belt during work, and drives the mixer with a deceleration of 1:40. The worm wheel shaft is hollow

and equipped with fixed keys, which allows the mixing paddle to be freely loaded and disassembled. The

2.Mixer Groove

horizontally on the mixing reducer and the pouring reducer.

3. Discharge Reducer
The discharge reducer is to control the positioning angle of the mixing tank, which is located on the left

side of the trough mixer, and when working, the motor installed in the frame drives the worm and worm

gear through the V-belt, driving the mixing groove to rotate in a certain angle range, so that the mixed

material is poured out at once.

4. Frame And Motor Unit

5. Electrical Control Box

3, the stirring paddle disassembly and assembly of the middle connection nut should use special tools,

smooth extraction when removed, so as not to bend the shaft, resulting in concentric deformation of

the two axes;

4. When it is necessary to shovel the bracket wall material in operation, the bamboo and wood tools

should be used after stopping, and do not use your hands to avoid accidents;

5. If the abnormal vibration or abnormal sound of the machine is found in use, it should be stopped

immediately for inspection;

6, the load should not be too large when using, generally measured by the motor load, and no more

than 6A is normal;

7. The sealing ring at both ends of the mixing pulp should be kept clean, and there are rectangular

holes in the lower part of the mixed groove wall plate, which should be kept unobstructed and should

not be blocked;

8. The management personnel must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure and

control system of the machine, and must not leave the work during operation, so as not to cause
