Working principle
The double Scew-conical mixing device rotates around its own axis with two asymmetrical spirals on the internal cantilever, and is driven by the cantilever and rotates around the central axis of the cylinder to form
an orbit. The double helix-conical mixing device is capable of forming forces in 4 kinds of directions:
1. Two asymmetrical spirals rotate to lift the material upwards.
2. The cantilever rotates slowly, and the material is circulated in a circular motion.
3. The spiral rotation and rotation cooperate with each other to absorb the material by the spiral rotation and disperse it in the direction of the circumference.
4. The two streams of materials that are elevated to the upper part converge to the center, forming a downward flow direction in the center, filling the vacant band at the bottom, thus forming an overall cyclic flow.

Drive Disposition
The mixer is equipped with different power and different capabilities according to the nature of the
material, the starting method, and the process requirements. The double spiral cone mixer is equipped
with a special double output reducer combination box, which is customized by combining cycloidal needle
wheels, gears and worm gears.
Discharge device
Double spiral cone mixer equipped with the configuration of powder spherical valve or plum blossom
misalignment valve; powder spherical valve convex spherical conforming to the bottom of the spiral
running surface, to a greater extent to reduce the stirring dead angle, and to achieve a larger caliber
discharge mouth area, to ensure the discharge residue, the spherical valve has a good sealing of the
powder, liquid and even the negative pressure state; loading the plum blossom misalignment valve can
achieve simple operation, control the discharge speed, and can be combined with a long spiral bottom
support device. The valve drive can be divided into manual, pneumatic and electric.
Auxiliary components
Double helix-tapered mixing plants are fitted with circulating media jackets or steam coil jackets for
temperature control when stirring materials. The contact surface between the cylinder and the material of
the mixer can increase the anti-corrosion, anti-bonding, metal isolation coating for the nature of the
material, and the stirring spiral can be surfaced and welded with wear-resistant alloys for the working
conditions with relatively large wear. When adding a small amount of liquid, it is necessary to configure
the spray spray device, which is more conducive to the uniform dispersion of the liquid mixed in the main
material. The spraying system consists of three basic modules: pressure source, liquid storage tank and
sprinkler head.

screwed to fix the cylinder cover, and the cylinder cover is provided with a feeding port, observation port,
cleaning port, and maintenance hole.
4. Spiral part: When two asymmetrical spirals in the cylinder are in motion from and orbiting planets, the
animal material is turned over in a large area to make the material quickly achieve uniform mixing.
5. Cylinder part: the cylinder is a conical structure, used as a multiplier material, so that the discharge is
fast, clean, no accumulation, no dead end.
6. Discharge valve: the discharge valve is installed at the bottom of the cylinder, used to control the
material and discharge, the discharge valve can be divided into manual, pneumatic, electric three
structural forms, according to the user's needs to install liquid discharge valve (slurry valve).
