Working principle

5. The reducer is refueled regularly, and the oil level should be high to the center of the oil mark.
6. After the reducer is carried for the first 150 hours, the lubricating oil must be replaced for the first
time. Residual oil should be removed during replacement. Replace every 6 months thereafter.
7. The bearing is filled with grease, and it is checked and replenished every 6 months.
8. Regularly check and adjust the tightness of the chain and triangle belt; and apply mechanical oil to
the chain.
