Material selection

Commonly used reducers: gear reducers, cycloidal needle wheel reducers, general-purpose gear reducers,
planetary gear reducers;

Mixed Device
The mixer can be configured with different agitators according to the nature of different materials;
Conventional material mixing: different powders mix with each other, the same kind of material batch
mixing, powder added to a small amount of liquid mixing, liquid powder mixing to the slurry, slurry
thickening or dilution, granular and powder mixing, granular and granular mixing, clump crushing and

Discharge Device

can be distinguished into manual, pneumatic and electric;

powder butterfly valves, rotary feeding valves, etc.
Opening Method
Different forms of openings can be provided on the cover of the mixer to meet the use of different working
conditions.
According to the opening function, the manhole, cleaning door, feeding port, exhaust port, dust removal
port, etc. can be set, and the opening form has a flange-type standard opening and a quick-opening door
with a lid;
The mixer can be set to a fully open cylinder lid for easy cleaning of the inside of the equipment.
Auxiliary Components
The mixer can be equipped with a variety of components, commonly used are coil steam jacket,
honeycomb pressure jacket, circulating medium jacket, online sampling valve, high-speed flying knife,
magnetic separator, temperature detection, weighing system, dust removal and purification and other
components;
The jacket of the mixer adopts different forms of jacket according to different heat source media, which
can be heated and cooled, and the high temperature is within 250 degrees Celsius;
When adding a small amount of liquid, it is necessary to configure a spray spray device, which is more
conducive to the uniform dispersion of the liquid mixed in the main material;
The spraying system consists of three basic modules: pressure source, liquid storage tank and sprinkler
head.
