Working principle
CF Series Zero-Gravity Mixer is a strong and high efficiency mixing machine. It has two mixing axles
rotate reversely at an identical revolution in the horizontal drum body. The paddles are distributed on
the axles to ensure that the material to move in the direction of radical, circulating, and axial. The material
can be mixed evenly in a short time. It is loaded with two parallel paddle shafts that rotate in the same
direction outward, each shaft is equipped with cross blades, and under the synchronous action of the
driving device,the running trajectories of the two cross blade shafts intersect and mesh misalignment.
The drive device drives the propeller shaft to rotate rapidly, the rotating paddle produces centrifugal
force, the material is effectively thrown to the upper part of the cylinder, and then falls after reaching the
high point of the parabola (the high point of the parabola is also called the instantaneous state of no
gravity), the material is driven by the paddle, and the reciprocating cycle is mixed in the cylinder, and the
meshing space of the biaxial is mixed, sheared and separated, resulting in rapid mixing of the material.
